For our 130 athletes, we don’t just use subject matter experts, we use skilled teachers and trainers to deliver an integrated and consistent development model. Our leadership team includes:
Tony is responsible for the Hit Dogs Baseball Club development and implementation of our instruction and training model, and player / talent recruitment .
Michael works with Tony on the development of the training model for our Hit Dogs Baseball Club “small diamond” cohorts.
Jett is responsible for all of the Hit Dogs Baseball Club players catching and pitching development from planning to instruction, and oversees the High School program including college placement, game coaching and lead instructor.
Joey is responsible for the hitting development model used for our Hit Dogs Baseball Club non-high school teams, a game coach and a leader in the development of our infielders.
Nolan is the Hit Dogs Baseball Club’s lead instructor and a game coach. He provides continuity of development throughout our organization by being involved with all of our players. Nolan has been with us from the start.
Nate is responsible for athlete development when not doing the same for MLB’s Arizona Diamondbacks, and is the Hit Dogs Baseball Club parent liaison.
Heather manages day-to-day operations including registration, uniforms, field bookings and communications for the Hit Dogs Baseball Club.
Sam manages all social media and marketing initiatives for the Hit Dogs Baseball Club
Jett most recently played with the Boston Red Sox. He was drafted in 2011 by the L.A. Angels in the 31st round of MLB June Amateur Draft out of the University of Arizona. Over his career Jett has played with Los Angeles, Boston and Milwaukee.
Joey was drafted in the third round of the 2012 MLB draft by the Chicago White Sox. His professional hours include 2015 All Star in Double-A Southern League and 2015&2016 Rawlings Gold Glove Award winner for best defensive second basement in minor league baseball.
Coach Nolan is an outfielder that was drafted by the Chicago White Sox in the 22nd round of the 2013 MLB June Amateur Draft from the University of South Alabama. Nolan currently plays for the Southern Illinois Minors in the Frontier League .
Nate is the Major League Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Arizona Diamondbacks. His professional baseball exposure began in 2001 as an Athletic Training/Strength and Conditioning intern for the Toronto Blue Jays before being hired by Tampa Bay in 2003.
