For our 130 athletes, we don’t just use subject matter experts, we use skilled teachers and trainers to deliver an integrated and consistent development model.
Tony is responsible for the Hit Dogs Baseball Club development and implementation of our instruction and training model, and player / talent recruitment .
Jett is responsible for Hit Dogs Baseball Club player development from planning to instruction, and oversees the HD Academy including college placement, game coaching and lead instructor.
Hit Dogs Baseball club was founded in 2020 by Tony Busseri and Michael Earley.
Jett is responsible for all of the Hit Dogs Baseball Club players catching and pitching development from planning to instruction, and oversees the High School program including college placement, game coaching and lead instructor.

Joey is an infield instructor and a game coach for HD Baseball Club and HD Academy players.
Matt is a pitching instructor and a game coach for the HD Baseball Club.
Dan is a key advisor for our small diamond teams, and is a HD Baseball Club parent liaison.
Shelby is a key advisor and contributor to the development and operation of our private training facility - Out Front.
Nate provides direction for athlete development when not doing the same for MLB’s Arizona Diamondbacks, and is a HD Baseball Club parent liaison.
Heather manages day-to-day operations including registration, uniforms, field bookings and communications for the Hit Dogs Baseball Club.
Sam manages all social media and marketing initiatives for the Hit Dogs Baseball Club
Jett most recently played with the Boston Red Sox. He was drafted in 2011 by the L.A. Angels in the 31st round of MLB June Amateur Draft out of the University of Arizona. Over his career Jett has played with Los Angeles, Boston and Milwaukee.
Joey was drafted in the third round of the 2012 MLB draft by the Chicago White Sox. His professional hours include 2015 All Star in Double-A Southern League and 2015&2016 Rawlings Gold Glove Award winner for best defensive second basement in minor league baseball.
Matt signed as a free agent with the Cleveland Indians after the 2006 season with the University of Kentucky.
